Hi, I'm Kristen Rud. (pronounced Rude)
I am a teacher, birth worker, facilitator, wife, and community leader. My experience in serving others began with a college major in early intervention and childhood education. I worked with children in preschool settings and special education classrooms as a teenager and young adult, which I feel tapped me into intuitive abilities and non-verbal communication via connection. Through a series of synchronistic events, I was eventually led to a path of spirituality through the undeniable presence of Mary Magdalene in my lineage and life.

My work experience includes a variety of community services for women and families. Within my own community, I am a traditional birth attendant, yoga teacher, women's support facilitator, and devotee of Magdalene.
My practice is about helping women connect back to their natural rhythms and cycles for self-liberation that ripples through their families and communities.

In my downtime, you’ll likely find me and hubby cuddled up at home with our 4 dogs, or hanging with the Home Yoga community in Old Town Temecula. We love to travel in our RV (the Flobus), hike hidden trails, and explore antique shops. My favorite well-known writer is Elizabeth Gilbert, I consider New Girl the best TV show ever, and I believe Christmas movies are acceptable year round.

How We Got Here...
2016-2019
2020-2022
PRESENT DAY
It all started with a Facebook group in 2016 focusing on Self Love. I trained in multiple alternative modalities, and we established a local culture of weekly classes and workshops. We hosted 14+ retreats on every coast-from Hawaii to California to New York.
I certified 16 women in Mermaid Movement and Woman's Leadership to spread our message more effectively, and began to add birth work to our skill set by gaining first hand experience and education through various training programs.
We launched our program to train doulas as community leaders and birthed MM Publication, taking our reach to the next level with worldwide distribution. Our online community provides free wellness resources for 200+ women.
